Step 1: Make sure the student is not on the list
If the student already exists in the list, don't worry, the existing line will just be updated. Here are the columns that will be updated if you add an existing student :
- Date of arrival on Discord
- First name Last name
- Level
- Country of origin
- Country of residence
- First language
- Second language
- Third language
- Motivation
As a reminder, this form only changes the information on Google Sheets. This form does not change anything on Discord.
Step 2: Fill in the form
On the “Ambassador Dashboard” page: https://www.supeducation.org/ambassadeurs
Fill in the form “Add a student to the list”.
If necessary, consult the article: “How do I find a member's ID?”

Step 3: Check that the student has been added to the list
To check whether the student has been added to the list, you can consult the list of members here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/164YaqEvXaxf5YyBHrcM7YAWk1UntFm8eJBzr8CH-Xc0/edit?gid=45571894#gid=45571894
If the student does not appear in the list, he/she must certainly have a Contributor or Former student status (non N3).

Etape 1 : Bien vérifier si l'élève n'est pas dans la liste
Si l'élève existe déjà dans la liste, pas d'inquiétude, la ligne existante sera juste mise à jour. Voici les colonnes qui seront mises à jour si vous ajoutez un élève existant :
- Date d'arrivée sur Discord
- Prénom NOM
- Niveau
- Pays d'origine
- Pays de résidence
- Langue maternelle
- Deuxième langue
- Troisième langue
- Motivation
Pour rappel, ce formulaire ne change que les informations sur Google Sheets. Ce formulaire ne modifie rien sur Discord.

Remplissez le formulaire "Ajouter un élève dans la liste"

Etape 3 : Vérifier si l'élève a bien été ajouté à la liste

Si l'élève n'apparaît pas, il doit certainement avoir un statut Cotisant ou Ancien élève non N3
